That is the $500 dollar question and I wish I had the answer.

For the judges a post-car was mailed out first week in May with a hold-the-date reminder, followed by a judges packet June, and finally a third generical mailing was sent out in September.

 Many judges noted not getting either of the first two mailings, and others noted not getting the third.   This has us very perplexed, was there a problem with our mail-merge, not enough postage, bulk-mail at a sub-station, d) all of the above.   We have stumped the post office?  

 It is interesting to note that we got more several dozen of the third flyers back and none of the first two.
